Scott Allen

Scott’s 15 years in business have covered telecoms, media, film, IT services and technology companies, globally, giving him great insight into how to deliver successful marketing strategy and hands-on implementation in these sectors. He has taken the marketing helm for several top start-ups and major enterprises including Logica, Acision, Colt, SurfKitchen, Snell&Wilcox and Sagem Orga.

And he’s run the gamut of successful marketing initiatives–both strategic and tactical–from branding and marketing comms, thought leadership and PR to product marketing and management. At Acision in 2006, Scott steered the brand and marketing strategy to deliver a record turnover. As Global Marketing Director for SurfKitchen, the on-device portal technology company, Scott built a new brand from scratch and devised the go-to-market strategy that placed the company at number one. In recent times, Scott has helped put Colt’s IT Managed Services and Enterprise Cloud on the map, supporting ambitious revenue and profit targets for this new business division with a comprehensive marketing plan. Scott has a BA (Hons) in Marketing and is a fully qualified member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (MCIM).
